Titan Poker Team for 2009

The Titan Poker team for 2009 involved a search for poker players which went far and wide. Twelve people were selected and that represent countries in both Europe and Canada.

In fact there are players from the European countries of Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Russia, Finland and Netherlands, who will be playing in poker tournaments on behalf of Titan Poker. The qualifiers for this team were invited to compete in monthly poker tournaments, with the final games being held on the 18th December 2008.

I don’t know if you remember but Titan Poker has a very strong standing in the world poker community, and one of their players, Fredrick Levy of France, found himself the winner at last years Irish open. This young man (he is only 35 years old) was playing in his very first live poker tournament, and he found himself come in way ahead of 700 other players to win a massive $100 000 prize pot.
